OCM Lead (SAP Retail Systems)

Job Summary:
Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a large-scale SAP Retail transformation, supporting business and technology teams through SAP implementation, process transformation, and adoption. The OCM Lead will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness across retail functions.
Skills required
5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / SAP Retail implementations or transformation initiatives.
Understanding of retail processes such as Merchandising, POS, Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Order-to-Cash.
Strong knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder management, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption.
Experience working in large, complex, global organizations with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Familiarity with OCM methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR is preferred.
Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
