As part of our expansion, we're looking for an experienced **Facebook Growth Manager** who understands how to build, scale, and sustain a high-performing Facebook presence.
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Growth Manager with proven experience growing Facebook pages, increasing organic reach, and producing high-performing content.
This is not simply a content scheduling or posting role. We need someone who understands Facebook's recommendation systems, Reels distribution, audience behavior, and the strategies behind viral, shareable content.
You will take ownership of our Facebook growth strategy, from content planning and publishing to performance optimization, audience engagement, and analytics.
The ideal candidate knows how to turn trending political stories, cultural moments, satire, and humor into Facebook-native content that consistently reaches new audiences.
Your primary objective: Drive measurable organic growth, maximize content reach and engagement, and build a scalable Facebook presence.
Key Responsibilities
Facebook Growth & Strategy
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize a data-driven Facebook growth strategy.
- Take ownership of organic reach, audience growth, engagement, and overall page performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase content distribution beyond existing followers.
- Develop repeatable content formats and series that consistently generate views, shares, and engagement.
- Monitor Facebook algorithm updates, recommendation systems, and platform trends to identify growth opportunities.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Plan, publish, and optimize Facebook Reels, short-form videos, images, memes, and feed posts.
- Identify trending political stories, breaking news, cultural moments, and viral topics relevant to our audience.
- Create compelling headlines, captions, and opening hooks that maximize engagement and shareability.
- Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and content teams to produce Facebook-native content.
- Adapt political satire, humor, commentary, and entertainment content into formats optimized for Facebook.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule while responding quickly to emerging trends.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Track and analyze key metrics, including reach, views, watch time, audience retention, shares, engagement rates, and follower growth.
- Conduct ongoing testing of hooks, content formats, video lengths, posting times, and creative approaches.
- Identify why certain posts or Reels outperform others and turn those insights into repeatable growth strategies.
- Monitor page health, recommendation eligibility, and content distribution performance.
- Provide regular performance reports highlighting results, growth opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
Community Engagement & Audience Development
- Develop strategies to increase meaningful engagement, shares, comments, and repeat viewership.
- Monitor audience behavior and identify opportunities to strengthen community engagement.
- Manage community interactions and support audience development initiatives.
- Identify relevant collaborations, cross-promotions, and organic distribution opportunities.
- Support brand campaigns and product launches through Facebook-first content strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing Facebook pages, with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of Facebook's organic distribution, recommendation systems, and Reels performance.
- Demonstrated experience generating high-performing or viral Facebook content.
- Excellent understanding of short-form video optimization, including hooks, retention, watch time, and shareability.
- Experience developing and scaling repeatable content formats and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly for engaging headlines, captions, and social media content.
- Ability to identify and respond quickly to breaking news, emerging trends, and cultural moments.
- Strong understanding of Facebook's community standards, content policies, and recommendation eligibility requirements.
- Familiarity with political commentary, satire, humor, and internet culture.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and collaborate with a remote team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing or growing Facebook pages in politics, news, media, entertainment, satire, or cultural commentary.
- Experience scaling Facebook pages to large audiences through organic growth.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful Reels, viral posts, or significant follower growth.
- Experience managing multiple Facebook pages or building new pages from the ground up.
