RBS Supervisor - English Speaker

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Remote Business Support Supervisor to lead operational support activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to international stakeholders.
The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, performance management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure service continuity.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and service performance.
Lead, coach, and develop the team.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Produce operational reports and drive performance improvements.
Serve as the main point of contact for operational matters and escalations.
Promote process optimization and continuous improvement.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Shared Services, Business Support, Customer Operations, or Service Delivery.
Proven experience managing teams.
Strong experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
Experience in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
