Contribuer activement au projet thérapeutique et de vie du patient, en tenant compte de ses objectifs et de son environnement
Observer l’évolution des patients et assurer des transmissions de qualité
Garantir le bien-être, la sécurité et le confort des patients
Collaborer au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire, dans une prise en charge globale et personnalisée
Diplôme d’aide-soignante ou d'aide-infirmier/ère
Expérience en milieu clinique, réadaptation ou gériatrie est un atout
Intérêt pour l’autonomie et le projet de vie du patient
Esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités
Personnalité dynamique, fiable et orientée patient
