Branch Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Salary Range- 35-40k
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage day-to-day branch operations and administration.
* Drive student admissions, sales, and revenue growth.
* Lead and manage the counselling, academic, and support teams.
* Handle student & parent relationships and ensure a positive experience.
* Monitor targets, follow-ups, lead conversion, and branch performance.
* Plan and execute marketing activities, events, workshops, and campaigns.
* Maintain academic discipline, operational standards, and reporting.
*Requirements*
* 5+ years of experience in branch management, education, sales, or operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
* Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
* Good knowledge of local market and customer handling.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
