Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Planning Lead to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and strict compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
