Senior Product Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to understand the market landscape and user needs, and translate insights into clear inputs for internal product and technical teams to support end-to-end product delivery.
Lead business requirements definition and support the delivery of key strategic projects for the region.
Identify product and user experience optimization opportunities, and define product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business growth objectives.
Support market expansion initiatives and the launch of new services by coordinating with marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and user needs to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
Act as the “eyes and ears” of the company in the market, feeding local insights back into the regional and global product roadmap.
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive improvements in core business metrics.
Track and assess competitive positioning and product performance across the region.
Define product propositions and support go-to-market strategy development.
Manage day-to-day operational activities, including content governance, user experience monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
Track performance metrics and user feedback post-launch, and use insights to inform future product iterations.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product, operations, strategy, or a related function; crypto/Web3 industry experience is required, and trading product experience is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using analytics tools; SQL is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English as a working language.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams and regulators.
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives.
Proven success working in a matrix organization
