IAM Analyst Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2027)

Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.
Partner with IAM teams to identify and document KPIs, operational metrics, reporting requirements, metric definitions, and data sources
Gather business requirements across Jira, ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, Power BI, and other relevant systems
Assess data for completeness, consistency, and reporting suitability
Interview SMEs, business stakeholders, and leadership partners for operational reporting and data-driven decision making
Recommend, develop, validate, and document Power BI dashboards and Power Automate-supported reporting processes to visualize IAM trends, workload, performance, and risks
Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities
Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
Pay Range: $18-26/hour
