Java Web Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Java, JSP, Spring
Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Work on database integration and data management
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech / BE / MCA / PGDCA
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java web development
Strong proficiency in JSP, Spring and java web technologies
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for frontend development
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Understanding of MVC architecture and web application design patterns
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
