Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a resourceful Talent Strategy Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
