Talent Acquisition Consultant

Requirements:
7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
Strong background in agency recruiting and professional services recruitment.
Proven success in recruiting and placing mid-to-senior-level sales professionals.
Experience recruiting for professional services and B2B organizations.
Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and modern recruitment tools and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and support hiring decisions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to recruitment process excellence.
Good understanding of employment laws and industry best practices.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Prior experience in Health & Benefits Consulting is highly preferred and will be a key factor in candidate selection.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of the Health & Benefits Consulting industry, relevant talent profiles, and sales or consulting roles.
Preference will be given to candidates with a combination of agency recruiting, professional services, and B2B hiring experience, particularly those with a proven track record of placing sales professionals.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and deliver successful hiring outcomes is a strong advantage.
