About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to help translate customer needs into product requirements that deliver meaningful value. You will support product strategy, contribute to product delivery activities, leverage data to inform decisions, and help bring new product capabilities to market while developing your product management expertise.
Responsibilities
Develop and build awareness of key customer needs, as relayed by others.
Participate in customer discovery activities with the product team and give input for solutions.
Help others to deliver on existing customer commitments.
Regularly read competitive announcements and events.
Seek out data in partnership with others to support decisions.
Review data from predefined dashboards and share insights with team members for decision making.
Write clear and concise product requirements that meet guidelines in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in go to market launch plans and activities and distribute information to sales and marketing to educate on product issues.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Ability to review data and understand key metrics and major influencers.
Ability to write detailed technical user stories and present to internal stakeholders.
Understanding of customer experience principles and the components of a good product.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to solve problems, analyze issues, and contribute to innovative solutions.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900 - $89,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
