Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Naswadi, Chhota udepur. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams. Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, managing materials and equipment, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite. The role involves tracking project timelines, reporting site status to management, resolving on-site issues, and supporting quality inspections and compliance with local regulations. The Site Supervisor will also assist in planning work schedules, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring that project milestones and quality targets are met.
Qualifications
Practical experience in site supervision for industrial, residential, or institutional construction projects, with strong knowledge of construction processes and methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, site plans, and specifications, and to coordinate daily activities accordingly.
Local candidate would be preferable.
