Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a passionate Director of Talent Strategy to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and structured interviews.
Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
Enhance employer branding strategies across various talent networks.
Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
