Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

100% Remote (Central Time Zone STRONGLY preferred)
PE Backed/Fast Paced Environment
Oversee/own budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting
Define KPI's and reporting structure
Business partner and people leadership
Proven proficiency in use of AI-enabled analytics
Implement finance tools, automation and process improvements
10+ years of relative experience required, including FP&A leadership and PE/Board/Sponsor exposure
MBA or CPA
Experience with PE and multi-site healthcare preferred
Compensation up to $225K + 20% Bonus
