Where You’ll Make a Difference
Support the reception and organization of laboratory samples
Register and track sample shipments in internal databases
Prepare shipping documentation, including guides and proforma invoices
Assist in the preparation and conditioning of flavor samples
Coordinate sample shipment activities with internal teams and affiliates
Maintain accurate records of sample movements and logistics
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Customer Care team
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
What Makes You the Right Fit
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration or related
Active student from 5th semester onwards
Intermediate English level (written, reading and basic communication with international teams)
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formulas, filters and tables)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Interest in customer service, logistics or sales support processes

Previous academic or internship exposure to customer service or logistics
Interest in supply chain or customer care operations
