Engineer, Quality Assurance

The Engineer, Quality Assurance is responsible for testing new releases of printers, firmware, mobile applications, software development kits (SDKs), and sample code, as well as investigating and troubleshooting customer issues escalated through Technical Support and Sales. On an occasional basis, the role also involves implementing customer-requested hardware and configuration changes, including firmware updates and component replacements. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can develop consistent, repeatable testing processes and maintain clear, thorough documentation that supports knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, and the team's ongoing success.
