Job Summary
Lead Physical AI project delivery across design, analysis, programming, and integration of robotics, automation, technologies, and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products. Develops, implements, and tests preventative maintenance plans, interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment, and tooling. Investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures. Develops and recommends equipment reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tooling.
Education & Experience
Typically requires 3 -8 years of experience.
College or university degree required

Lead complex engineering tasks in design, analysis, modification, and integration of automation systems; define validation strategies and develop test plans; drive root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for reliability improvements; ensure documentation accuracy and configuration control; mentor junior contributors and promote standardized best practices; coordinate cross-functional implementation and readiness for deployment; maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; advance continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies to optimize performance and efficiency.

The pay range for this role is $87,300 - $157,200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
