Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in analyzing credit data and trends to support decision-making processes.
Demonstrated proficiency in using computer technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Proven ability to manage conflicts within teams and arising from business decisions, with a focus on facilitating discussions and creating win-win solutions.
Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration, coordinating efforts, sharing knowledge, and leveraging diverse perspectives to solve complex problems.
