Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years BDE experience from agency background only
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 or more (based on experience and previous CTC)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agency sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an agency setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
