En tant que PAB à domicile, vous jouez un rôle essentiel auprès des personnes en perte d’autonomie. Vos tâches incluront :
L’accompagnement dans les activités de la vie quotidienne (toilette, mobilité, repas, etc.)
La stimulation cognitive et le maintien du lien social
L’entretien ménager léger
Le soutien émotionnel et la présence bienveillante
Diplôme de préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires (PAB) reconnu par le gouvernement (Ministère de l'éducation du Québec) ou équivalence approuvée par reconnaissance des acquis de compétences (RAC)
Certification valide en PDSP/PDSB
Certification réanimation cardiorespiratoire (RCR) à jour (formation offerte au besoin)
Loi 90
Permis de conduire valide et voiture
Expérience de 3 mois minimum comme PAB (en établissement ou à domicile).
