IT Operations Analyst

Overview
As an IT Operations Analyst, you will administer the day-to-day purchasing and record-keeping operations of products and services on behalf of IT Services.
Your Impact
The essential functions of this position include:
Coordinate and maintain software and hardware documentation as a part of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program
Conduct and report asset reconciliation and audit activities
Administer the hardware warranty and maintenance purchase process including requests for both new and renewal quotes, placing orders and tracking warranty statuses
Administer internet domain and SSL certification purchases
Backup and/or assist with account maintenance for various collaboration services
Assist ITS Management in organizing and maintaining support documentation
Prepare periodic reports as requested by management
Provide backup support for other staff involved in telecom, software, service and hardware purchases and
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years supporting operations and/or IT
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to manage small projects; willing to coordinate the work of others
Strong ability to multi-task and follow-up independently on a wide-range of issues
Experience coordinating the purchase of equipment and supplies
Working knowledge of computers and equipment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be adept in use of MS Office, Project, internet, and e-mail
Willingness to perform keyboard intensive work 90% of the time
Position Specifics
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $24.03 and $28.84 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
