Project Manager/Scrum Master with ETL

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and expertise leading teams focused on ETL, data conversion, Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence (BI), and data warehousing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple Agile teams, removing delivery roadblocks, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful delivery of project commitments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, leading Agile teams working on ETL, data conversion, and/or Master Data Management (MDM).
Experience leading and managing multiple Agile teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies, particularly in Business Intelligence and data warehousing environments.
Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles, with the ability to adapt and combine methodologies based on project and business needs.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track team commitments, remove impediments, and ensure consistent delivery of project milestones.
Hold teams accountable for deliverables while identifying resource needs, improving team capacity, and supporting continuous improvement.
Manage and communicate team progress, sprint status, and project updates using Jira or equivalent Agile project management tools.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performing team environment.
