Candidate Qualifications:
Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
Management and Sales Training.
Completed all qualifications and responsibilities of Superintendent.
2-5 years as a foreman in the trade.
1-2 years’ experience in layout.
2-5 years as an Assistant Superintendent in the trade.
1-3 years as a Superintendent.
Thorough knowledge of every aspect of building projects.
Ability to understand shop drawings.
Ability to read, comprehend prints and specifications to provide proper direction to project personnel.
