This team builds the relationships that bring our products to life, partnering closely with customers across markets, channels and occasions to make sure our brands are part of moments that matter.

Own retail execution excellence and customer growth within off-premise.
Scope
• Retail territory
• Key retail accounts
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver retail execution (shelf, display, distribution, programming)
• Manage distributor and merchandising execution
• Build robust off premise customer relationships
• Deploy activation strategies that grow customer and consumer connection to our brands
Success Measures
• Shelf/display compliance
• Retail growth
• Execution quality
• ROS acceleration and improvement
Experience/skills required
• 4–7+ years in sales or retail account management
• Experience in off-premise / retail environment (e.g., grocery, liquor chains)
• Exposure to merchandising or in-store execution standards
• Strong understanding of category management and shopper behavior
• Experience working with distributor reps and merchandising teams
• Data-driven mindset (execution tracking)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Category/retail training a plus
