Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert serving working professionals and younger kids in the Indian region. The role involves planning and delivering structured online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, voice modulation, and confident speaking skills tailored to different age groups. The expert will design age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and practice materials, and provide individualized feedback to help learners improve clarity, fluency, and presentation skills. Responsibilities include tracking learner progress, maintaining clear communication with parents and adult learners, and collaborating with the Fantastiqo team to refine content and teaching approaches. The professional will also support assessments, contribute ideas for new programs, and uphold Fantastiqo’s standards of learner engagement and quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in phonics instruction, English language teaching, and spoken communication for both children and adults.
Candidates should possess skills in public speaking coaching, presentation skills training, voice modulation, and confidence-building techniques.
Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, curriculum development for different age groups, and designing interactive online learning activities.
Candidates should possess skills in online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and basic digital literacy for delivering remote sessions effectively.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field, along with certifications in TEFL/TESOL, phonics, or public speaking, are beneficial.
Prior experience teaching younger kids and working professionals in the Indian context, with strong cultural awareness and neutral, clear accent, is preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage schedules for contract engagements, and maintain a professional, learner-centric approach in remote settings is expected.
