WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AR) – CASH APPLICATION | NAVI MUMBAI
We are looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our team in Navi Mumbai for multiple openings across different levels, ranging from Executive and Lead to Assistant Manager and Manager.
The roles will support international operations across the US and EMEA markets, offering opportunities for candidates with relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and related finance processes.

Job Location: Navi Mumbai
Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 days off
Process: Accounts Receivable (AR) – Cash Application
Markets Supported: US and EMEA
Open Positions: Executive, Lead, Assistant Manager, and Manager
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Cash Application activities, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of customer payments against open invoices.
Review bank statements, remittance advice, payment details, and supporting documents to identify and process incoming payments.
Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, unidentified receipts, payment discrepancies, and short or excess payments.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate maintenance of customer accounts and AR records.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders to obtain remittance details and resolve payment-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with established process guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Monitor pending items, meet daily productivity and accuracy targets, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support efficient cash allocation and reconciliation activities.
For Lead and managerial positions, responsibilities may also include team handling, performance monitoring, escalations, stakeholder management, reporting, and process improvement.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate candidates only.
Relevant, hands-on professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or related finance operations.
Good understanding of AR processes, payment allocation, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, as the roles involve international stakeholders across US and EMEA markets.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
Location and Experience Criteria
Candidates currently based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
Relocation cases will not be considered at this time.
Freshers and candidates with only internship experience will not be considered. Relevant core work experience is mandatory.
