What You Will Do
Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, card, and other payment methods in accordance with company procedures
Issue receipts, tickets, and related documentation
Provide accurate information regarding schedules, fares, and services
Perform cash balancing and reconciliation at the end of each shift
Maintain an organized and prepared workstation
Assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner
Report discrepancies, operational issues, or customer concerns
Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
All You Will Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in cashiering, sales, or customer service
Experience handling cash and processing transactions
Skills and Knowledge
Strong numerical and cash handling skills

Basic computer skills and ability to learn ticketing systems
