Electrical Design Engineer

Dear All,
We are looking for Electrical Design Engineer for EPC / Engineering Projects
Key Responsibilities
1. Incomer Selection calculation on the basis of load.
2. Transformer calculation and sizing for system.
3. DG set calculation on the basis of critical load.
4. Lux level calculation with respect to area and lumens required.
5. Cable sizing, Bus bar Sizing and Cable tray Sizing calculations.
6. Power factor Calculation.
7. Voltage Drop and cable schedule Calculation
8. Earthing Calculation.
Preparation of Design and layouts:
1. Designing of GA and SLD for LT and HT panels.
2. Equipment earthing layout.
3. Cable tray markup layout.
4. System earthing layout.
5. Earthing Pit markup on plot plan.
6. Lighting markup and circuit markup layout.
7. Hazardous area classification (HAC) layout.
8. Lightning protection layout.
9. Hume pipe location layout.
10. HT & LT Panel room markup layouts.
11. HT switchyard markup with trench, transformer, Earth pit etc.
12. Preparing As built layout.
Working on technical data sheets:
1. Preparing of HT & LT panel technical BOQ.
2. Selection of proper electrical switchgears & Components.
3. Working on Design Basis Report (DBR).
4. Working on Contractor Terms and Conditions.
5. Technical Bid Evaluation sheet.
Other Activities:
1. Coordinate with mechanical, civil, instrumentation, procurement and project teams.
2. Review vendor drawings and technical quotations.
3. Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards, client specifications and safety requirements.
4. Support site/project teams by resolving design-related technical issues.
Software/technical skills required: - AutoCAD - 2D / Excel / MS word.
Experience: - 2 to 3 years (Electrical Designing mandatory)
Education: - Diploma/B.E. Electrical Engineering.
Job Location: - Thane
Full Time - Onsite / Work from office
Salary in CTC - Depend on Interview.
Working Hours - 9 Hours (9am to 6pm)
Weekly Off - Sunday
