Action is seeking a full-time Package Attendant to join our Azzurra team located in Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
Scanning and logging of incoming packages in the Management App system
Store received packages in appropriate storage locations (Package Room, Front Desk, etc.)
Retrieve packages from the Loading Dock and transport them to the Package Room
Retrieve packages for residents when requested, logging packages as retrieved in the system
Deliver packages to homeowner units when requested
Perform audit of packages twice daily
Sort, identify, and distribute USPS mail as appropriate
Monitor activity in the Lobby and, when necessary, coordinate on-site personnel to address residents’ and guests’ needs; utilize the Master Phone Directory to contact residents to announce guests and deliveries.
Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
Provide shift coverage for the Front Desk and Loading Dock, as needed.
Address resident and guest concerns and questions.
Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred.
Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Upbeat and positive team player attitude
Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
