Role Description The Vice President Operations role at KN Holdings Careers Vietnam is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing operational performance across multiple business units. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, aligning processes and resources with strategic objectives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Vice President Operations will lead cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position will also collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning, oversee major projects, and ensure customer service standards are consistently met. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders, timely decision-making, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
Candidates should possess P&L Management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and profitability optimization.
Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities, including service quality oversight, issue escalation management, and customer experience improvement.
Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills, including setting operational goals, aligning plans with corporate strategy, and driving long-term initiatives.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Candidates should have proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to mentor teams and build collaborative relationships.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail.
Candidates should have advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
Experience in diversified groups or sectors such as real estate, hospitality, energy, agriculture, or industrial parks is highly beneficial.
