Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth Hacker role based in Bengaluru. The Growth Hacker will design and run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting growth objectives, building and analyzing funnels, running A/B tests, and optimizing conversion rates. The role involves working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, improve user journeys, and scale successful initiatives. The Growth Hacker will also monitor key performance metrics, interpret web analytics, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Marketing Strategy.
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) is beneficial.
Comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, product analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems is preferred.
Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities are required.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment and a relevant bachelor’s degree are advantageous.
