Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Full-stack Developer role based in Kalka Tehsil, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring responsive, secure, and high-performing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves collaborating with trainers and internal stakeholders to support digital learning platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of Edusphere’s online systems. The developer will participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes to ensure reliable, scalable software delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience working across the entire application lifecycle.
Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive user interfaces.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database integration.
Candidates should possess familiarity with modern version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with security best practices, testing frameworks, and deployment to cloud or on-premise environments is an advantage.
