Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Python Developer role based in Indore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable Python code, integrating databases, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with front-end developers, QA, and product stakeholders. The role also involves participating in code reviews, improving existing features, optimizing application performance, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with general Programming concepts.
Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and designing reusable components.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs and server-side logic.
Practical knowledge of Databases (SQL or NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.
Background in Software Development lifecycles, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with attention to performance and security.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Python frameworks (such as Django or Flask) and cloud platforms is an advantage.
