We are looking for a results-driven performance marketer who can generate qualified B2B leads and help scale our HRMS business.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have previous experience working with an HRMS / HRTech company in marketing, performance marketing or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Ads.
Generate qualified B2B leads for Zfour HRMS.
Target HR Managers, CHROs, business owners, founders and decision-makers.
Optimise campaigns for lead quality, conversion rates and cost per lead (CPL).
Manage retargeting, landing pages, conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
Drive measurable results through data-driven marketing strategies.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
Previous experience with an HRMS / HRTech company is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation is highly preferred.
Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results, lead quality and cost per lead.
