Role Description The Project Architect will lead the planning, design, and coordination of architectural projects, overseeing work from initial concept through construction completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings and documentation, managing submittals, coordinating with engineers, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The role also involves guiding project schedules and budgets, monitoring construction progress, and resolving on-site design issues as they arise. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Devanahalli, requiring regular presence at the office and project sites to support effective collaboration and project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong architecture expertise, including design development, construction documentation, and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows to produce coordinated, accurate architectural drawings and models.
Experience managing submittals, including review, coordination, and tracking with contractors and consultants.
Project management skills to oversee scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication across all project phases.
Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
Relevant professional degree in Architecture and, where applicable, professional licensure or registration.
Ability to work on-site in Devanahalli, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and interact professionally with clients and contractors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and quality in all deliverables.
