Process: Home Loans
Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹23,000 In-Hand
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate freshers can apply.
Graduation is mandatory for fresher candidates.
HSC candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of telesales/sales experience.
Candidates with prior sales or telesales experience will be preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into home loan opportunities.
Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain home loan products, features, eligibility and applicable processes.
Recommend suitable loan solutions based on customer requirements.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Coordinate with customers for required documentation.
Follow up on applications and coordinate for smooth processing.
Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the process.
