At QorAI, we are building the next generation of AI-powered Sales Intelligence and CRM platforms. We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Operations team, gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle, and help us scale our fast-growing team!

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening: Assist in posting job requisitions, reviewing resumes, and shortlisting candidates across various teams.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interview rounds, communicate with prospective candidates, and manage timelines.
Onboarding Execution: Assist in documentation, initial setup, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
ATS & HRMS Management: Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment systems updated accurately.
HR Operations Support: Support day-to-day administrative functions, attendance management, and operational workflows.
🎯 What We Are Looking For
Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
A quick learner with high task ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail.
Personal laptop and stable internet connection.
