Infocion is an emerging AI infrastructure company focused on designing, deploying, and governing autonomous AI systems for Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS).Our core platform, Infocion Aegis™, is a model-, cloud-, and hardware-agnostic AgenticOps governance platform designed to help regulated enterprises control autonomous AI in production. Its capabilities include policy enforcement, privacy and data-flow controls, auditability, model mediation, and inference-cost management. Infocion is a member of NVIDIA Inception and the Claude Partner Network. We are advancing Aegis toward repeatable deployments across clinical, research, and healthcare operational workflows.
Particularly relevant backgrounds include:
Hospital President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, or comparable health-system executive.
Chief Business Officer or Chief Strategy Officer with responsibility for operational performance, financial outcomes, or institutional growth.
Chief Transformation Officer or senior executive responsible for operational improvement and enterprise technology adoption.
Cancer-center or hospital executive responsible for clinical service lines, clinical research operations, or institutional strategy.
Senior healthcare executive with direct responsibility for AI investment decisions, risk management, compliance, or operational transformation.
Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per month
Compensation: Equity-based advisory compensation; anticipated range of 0.25%–1.00%, subject to role scope, advisor contribution, company approval, and a definitive advisory agreement under the Founder Advisor Standard Template (FAST) framework. No cash compensation at this stage.
Term: 12–24 months, subject to mutual agreement.
The Opportunity
Infocion is establishing a Strategic Advisory Board and seeking a senior healthcare executive who understands how health systems evaluate investments, manage operational performance, address compliance risks, and make decisions about emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate has held executive responsibility for hospital or health-system operations, financial performance, clinical service lines, transformation, strategy, or enterprise risk. Relevant titles may include Hospital President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Business Officer, Chief Strategy Officer. This is not a general mentoring position. We want an advisor who can challenge our assumptions, identify commercially valuable use cases, and help establish relationships with the healthcare executives who can sponsor evaluations and authorize deployments.
Responsibilities
Business Strategy and ROI
Advise the CEO on health-system priorities and where governed autonomous AI can generate measurable operational or financial value.
Help identify workflows where automation, improved throughput, reduced administrative burden, or lower technology operating costs could justify an investment.
Help define credible business cases, ROI measures, evaluation criteria, and executive-level value propositions.
Provide candid feedback on Infocion's commercial positioning, pricing, and deployment strategy.
Compliance, Risk, and Institutional Adoption
Advise on how health systems evaluate AI-related operational, privacy, security, compliance, and governance risks.
Help identify stakeholders involved in approving AI initiatives, including business owners, compliance and risk leadership, clinical operations, IT, and procurement.
Guide Infocion in positioning Aegis's governance capabilities within institutional AI adoption and risk-management priorities.
Help distinguish requirements that are essential to an evaluation from those that can be addressed during subsequent deployment stages.
Strategic Design Partners and Customer Development
Identify and help qualify prospective health systems, cancer centers, academic medical centers, and regional hospital networks.
Where appropriate and permitted, facilitate introductions to hospital presidents, COOs, administrative executives, strategy leaders, clinical service-line executives, and other relevant budget owners.
Advise on structuring focused demonstrations, proofs of value, and design-partner engagements with clear business objectives and acceptance criteria.
Help move qualified opportunities toward executive sponsorship, institutional evaluation, and potential paid deployment.
Executive Counsel and Market Development
Participate in periodic strategy discussions with the CEO.
Advise on health-system buying behavior, budget ownership, procurement, institutional decision-making, and partnership opportunities.
Help assess opportunities for joint initiatives, customer references, and strategic relationships that can support Infocion's growth.
Provide honest feedback on which opportunities merit investment of time and engineering resources.
Required Attributes
Demonstrated responsibility for business outcomes, operating budgets, investment decisions, transformation initiatives, or institutional risk.
Practical understanding of how hospitals evaluate, approve, and implement new technology.
Credible professional relationships with healthcare decision-makers who could evaluate a relevant Infocion offering.
Ability to identify specific institutional problems where AI governance and controlled automation could provide measurable value.
Willingness to provide candid strategic counsel and participate in agreed advisory activities.
Compensation
Equity-based compensation is anticipated in the range of 0.25%–1.00%, subject to the advisor's experience, contribution, agreed scope, company approval, and definitive documentation under the FAST framework.
The specific grant, vesting arrangements, term, and responsibilities will be established in writing. The role is intended to involve substantive ongoing strategic advice, not simply the provision of introductions.
