Buscamos una persona organizada, responsable y con vocación de servicio para brindar apoyo en las labores administrativas de nuestra operación en Distrito de Mache - Otuzco - La Libertad
Requisitos
Estudios técnicos o formación en Secretariado o Administración.
Experiencia mínima de seis (06) meses en labores de secretariado, gestión de archivos y tramitación de documentos.
Se valorará experiencia en empresas constructoras o consultoras.
Organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en Distrito de Mache - Otuzco - La Libertad
Principales funciones
Apoyar en la recepción, organización y archivo de documentos.
Gestionar el trámite y seguimiento de documentación.
Brindar soporte en tareas administrativas y de secretariado.
Mantener ordenados los archivos físicos y digitales.
Lugar de trabajo: Distrito de Mache - Otuzco - La Libertad
