What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is creative, dependable and excited to build a portfolio while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Graphic design experience is important for this role, particularly experience creating digital or social media content. Experience with Canva is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn is also important.
Students studying marketing, graphic design, communications, journalism, public relations, nonprofit leadership or a related field are encouraged to apply. Strong writing skills, attention to detail and an eye for what makes content visually engaging are a plus.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who brings ideas to the table and is excited to experiment with new ways of telling ACEE’s story.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful, portfolio-building experience. You’ll have the opportunity to create work that is actually published, contribute ideas to real campaigns, learn nonprofit marketing and communications strategy, and see how storytelling can support fundraising, partnerships and community impact.
You’ll also get an inside look at a statewide nonprofit working with educators, students, businesses, community partners and philanthropic organizations across Arizona.
Compensation & Schedule
