The Opportunity :-
We are looking to partner with experienced Therapists / Psychologists interested in working at the intersection of mental health, relationships and sexual wellness.
📍 Locations: Mogappair | Tambaram
🕐 Part-time Collaboration: 12 hours per week
💰 Remuneration: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month, linked to session volume.
🏥 Mode: On-site, Part-Time
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions.
- Work with concerns including core psychiatric issues, sexual wellness, anxiety, depression, relationships and life transitions.
- Build a long-term patient base through Allo.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Who We're Looking For -
- 3+ years of clinical experience after completing your Master's - Mandatory
- Master's/MPhil in Clinical Psychology
- Master's in Counselling Psychology
- Prior offline/in-person therapy experience
- Able to commit 12 hours per week (offline + online)
- Mental health, couples/relationship counselling experience preferred
- Exposure to sexual wellness/sex therapy is an added advantage
