About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who is ready to take ownership, drive admissions, and grow into a leadership role.Performance-based opportunity to move into a team-handling
Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals on suitable Online UG/PG programs
Manage leads and drive conversions from enquiry to enrollment
Build strong prospect relationships through calls, WhatsApp & email
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions and onboarding
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6+ months of experience in EdTech sales, with mandatory experience in Online UG/PG programs.
Strong communication, counselling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
