About the Role
Good Enough Energy is looking for an experienced Fire Safety Officer to strengthen fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and fire protection systems at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement fire prevention and protection measures across the plant.
✅ Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment and emergency systems.
✅ Conduct fire risk assessments, safety inspections, and mock drills.
✅ Identify fire hazards in electrical, battery storage, manufacturing, and warehouse areas.
✅ Train employees and contractors on fire safety and emergency response.
✅ Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety regulations and maintain documentation.
✅ Coordinate with EHS, maintenance teams, and local fire authorities.
Requirements:
🎓 Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial facilities.
✔️ Knowledge of firefighting systems, emergency management, and fire safety compliance.
⭐ Knowledge of electrical fire hazards and lithium-ion battery fire risks will be an added advantage.
