Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in classical machine learning, AI/ML evaluation, and Generative AI. The candidate will be responsible for translating business problems into data-driven solutions, developing and evaluating machine learning models, and implementing LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
Understand business problems and translate them into machine learning use cases.
Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models.
Define and evaluate model performance using appropriate AI/ML metrics.
Develop and evaluate LLM-based applications and Generative AI solutions.
Implement prompt engineering techniques and RAG pipelines.
Design experiments, analyze results, and improve model performance.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
Strong understanding of statistical methods, model evaluation, and experimentation.
Hands-on experience with LLM development, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Ability to communicate technical findings and business insights effectively.
Must hold one of the specified educational qualifications.
