About the role

Facility Manager - Hospitals
A hospital group's shared back-office team, covering four of its units across two cities
Four hospitals, one standard. Today each unit handles its own engineering, biomedical waste and housekeeping contracts, and the last NABH surveillance visit flagged inconsistencies between them. The person in this role will bring the four sites onto one facilities playbook, keep every unit audit-ready, and make sure a power dip or an HVAC failure never reaches an operation theatre.
You will sit with shared services and move between units most days. The group has partnered with Flexiple to find someone who has done this inside healthcare, not just commercial buildings. Expect to own biomedical waste segregation and authorisations, medical gas pipeline checks, OT and ICU air-change records, fire safety and evacuation drills, and the AMC calendar for DG sets, lifts and chillers. Location: Remote (India)
7 to 11 years in facilities or engineering, at least 3 in a hospital setting
First-hand NABH or JCI audit preparation and a working grasp of BMW Rules
Experience managing outsourced housekeeping, security and engineering vendors
Engineering degree or diploma preferred
Next steps are a short Flexiple screen, a meeting with the head of shared services, a visit to one unit with the medical superintendent, and a final round with the group COO. One application is enough: we keep it in view for related openings too.
