We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer/ Software Engineer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end software delivery while guiding a technical team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving high-quality, iterative releases in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Work on the maintenance and development of new features
Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), Clients, and PMs to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks
Ensure project stability by resolving technical challenges and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Drive development within an Agile methodology to ensure timely and iterative delivery
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of software solutions while guiding a technical team
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field
4+ years of software development, testing, and implementation experience
Proficiency in Java and SQL
Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices deployment
Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices supporting a 20+ releases/month cadence
English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
Knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ
Background in deploying dockerized microservices
Experience with AWS and Azure
