Program Manager

CattleXpert has been the feedyard management standard for more than 25 years. We're now building the next generation of our platform, CX 2.5, while rolling out CX 2.0 to new and existing clients. We're looking for a Program Manager to make sure both efforts run well. What you'll own • All delivery operations across two teams: the CX 2.0 rollout (parallel runs, client migrations, onboarding) and CX 2.5 development (specs, testing, demo readiness) • Leadership of the Project Manager, Technical Product Manager and team leads who report to you, with dotted-line oversight of developers, QA, database and product staff across our US and offshore teams • Delivery cadence and accountability: milestone tracking, risk escalation, and on-time, on-budget delivery against hard year-end goals • SOPs and process compliance, plus regular status and compliance reporting to leadership • Regular 1:1s, performance management, and coaching or corrective action when needed • Clear communication between onsite and offshore teams, with smooth handoffs across time zones • Sales and demo support: demo preparation, demo checklists, and working with designers on brochures and presentation decks What we're looking for • 10+ years in software delivery, with at least 5 in program or project management leading multiple teams at once • Proven experience managing US and offshore teams together • A working understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, QA processes and release management • Experience writing and enforcing SOPs, and turning messy processes into repeatable ones • Strong executive communication: you're as comfortable in front of a client as you are in a team standup • Nice to have: agtech, cattle or feedlot domain experience, SaaS platform migrations, PMP/PgMP or similar certification Why CattleXpert You'll own operations at a trusted industry name going through a real modernization, with direct access to leadership and visible impact from day one.
