Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an affiliate marketing expert who has built and managed affiliate programs from the advertiser side, meaning the brand or merchant that sets commissions, recruits partners, and owns the revenue outcome
Role & responsibilities :
Own the affiliate program strategy, including goals, partner tiers, commission structures, cookie windows, and payout terms.
Build and manage the program on affiliate networks or platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, PartnerStack, or Shopify Collabs.
Recruit, onboard, and manage publishers, content creators, niche sites, and influencers that fit the brand.
Negotiate partner terms, custom commission deals, and promotional campaigns with high-value partners.
Create partner enablement materials such as creative assets, promo codes, landing pages, product briefs, and talking points.
Monitor program performance, including revenue, EPC, conversion rate, average order value, and cost per acquisition, and optimize accordingly.
Preferred candidate profile :
3+ years of experience managing affiliate or partner programs on the advertiser or merchant side, with documented revenue or growth results.
Hands-on experience with at least one major affiliate network or platform and a clear understanding of how to configure and manage it.
Proven track record recruiting and retaining affiliates, publishers, or creators.
Strong grasp of commission modeling, program economics, and ROI measurement.
Working knowledge of attribution models, tracking tags, UTM parameters, and how affiliate data integrates with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Experience with ecommerce or SaaS affiliate programs, depending on our business model.
Experience with partner marketing, referral programs, or ambassador programs.
