CUSTOS usa satelliti e tecnologie spaziali per proteggere l'ambiente: dal monitoraggio di amianto e rifiuti pericolosi a terra fino alla riduzione dei detriti spaziali in orbita.
👤 CHI CERCHIAMO
🔹 Laurea in ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni, elettronica o affini, anche neolaureati
🔹 Interesse per satelliti, GNSS, IoT o sistemi embedded
🔹 Voglia di costruire una startup fin dal primo giorno
🤝 COSA OFFRIAMO
🔹 Ruolo da co-fondatore, con quota di equity fino al 3%

We are preparing our application to ESA BIC Italy, the Italian network of the European Space Agency's business incubation centres, with a deadline of 18 November 2026. To complete our founding team, we are looking for an engineer.
🛰️ THE PROJECT
CUSTOS uses satellites and space technologies to protect the environment: from monitoring asbestos and hazardous waste on the ground to reducing space debris in orbit.
👤 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
🔹 Degree in telecommunications, electronics or a related engineering field; recent graduates welcome
🔹 Interest in satellites, GNSS, IoT or embedded systems
🔹 Eagerness to build a startup from day one
